Privacy Notice
This notice describes the personal information we collect through our website, how it is stored, and the choices you have. It applies to the Map Check and Founding Three Pilot request forms hosted on the Lantern Reply website.
Analytics and conversion tracking
We use the Meta Pixel (a small piece of JavaScript from Meta Platforms, Inc.) on this website to measure advertising performance and to understand which visitors go on to become leads or paying clients. The pixel loads on every page and records three kinds of events:
- PageView — fired on every page load so we can see which pages are visited.
- Lead — fired when a new account is created successfully, so we can measure how many visitors go on to sign up.
- Purchase — fired after you complete a Stripe checkout, with the verified order total and currency, so we can measure how many visitors go on to become paying Founding Three Pilot customers.
The events carry the amount and currency for a completed purchase; they do not carry your name, email, address, phone, or any business details from the form fields above. The data is processed by Meta under their own privacy policy; you can opt out of Meta pixel tracking at facebook.com/help/568137493302217.
What we collect
- businessEmail — the channel we reply to.
- businessName — to look up your public profile.
- primaryCity — to scope the review.
- trade — the kind of home-service work you do.
Why we collect it
We use the form fields to prepare a manual review of your public Google Business Profile and to contact you about the result. We do not use these details for automated marketing sequences or to send unrelated offers.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are written to a managed Postgres database provided by Polsia, our hosting platform. Access is limited to Lantern Reply team members who work on your review. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
Marketing email
The current Map Check form does not include a marketing consent checkbox. We only send the transactional Map Check follow-up email for each request. If you want to hear about future Lantern Reply updates, email lantern-reply@polsia.app and we will add you to our list by hand.
Access, correction, deletion
To see what we have on file, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email lantern-reply@polsia.app and we will respond within one business day. We respond to requests from the same address that submitted the form, or from a verifiable contact on behalf of the business.
